Cervical Spondylosis Treatment

Cervical spondylosis is degeneration of the disks and vertebrae in the neck, putting pressure on (compressing) the spinal cord in the neck.

Symptoms:

1.  The neck may be painful and become less flexible.
2. If spinal nerve roots are compressed, the neck is usually painful, and the pain often radiates to the head, shoulders, or arms
3. Some neck stiffness, particularly after a night's rest.
4. The pain sometimes spreads down an arm to a hand or fingers.
