Symptoms of Lumbar Spondylosis :

Usually back pain can arise due to improper seating, prolonged sleeping, heavy exercising and so on. However, the pain caused due to these activities would last for a few hours or for a few days at the most. However, in case of Lumbar Spondylosis, the pain is persistent.
